• Commercial video production
• Corporate video content
• Media creative development
• Video editing and post-production
• Digital media strategy

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Connoisseur Media House Inc. and protected by copyright laws.

Client Content

Clients retain ownership of all content provided to us for projects. By submitting content, you grant us the license necessary to complete the requested services.

Deliverables

Upon full payment, clients receive full rights to the final delivered video content. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments and Billing

• 50% deposit required to begin projects
• Balance due upon project completion
• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client responsiveness, and revision requests. We will provide regular updates on project progress.

Revisions

We include a specified number of revision rounds in our proposals. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel projects with written notice. Deposits are non-refundable if work has already commenced. Completed work must be paid for in full.

Limitation of Liability

Connoisseur Media House Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Connoisseur Media House Inc. from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
